Thanx to the hard working lifeguards, Aaron and Anthony were on duty today, we were able to get our daily fix, indulge in the pleasures of cold water swimming and (for good measure) socialise in the sauna! What more can you ask for?!
The air temperature has dropped a bit since yesterday which resulted in the ice sheet covering less of the pool.
Hurrah, we were able to swim "proper" widths in the deep end again!
Vince on his way to swimming three widths and before you wonder what he did regarding flip flops, I took them to the other side for him! I love even numbers and was quite happy to swim (only) two and dived in again after the sauna :)
