Chilling

After a frosty night the water temperature has fallen to it's lowest so far. It's below 4 Celsius but not quite 3 ... in other words :"bloody cold"

and yet Vince "upted" his game and swam three lengths - diving in and gliding along in his usual relaxed style!

I'm still on two lengths ... and REALLY feeling the pain in my hands... the rest of my body is fine ... honestly mum :)

Actually at the moment my parents are more concerned about BA's strike actions and whether they will actually fly me to Austria on dec 23rd ... and are no longer pondering over the possibility that I may now truly have gone mad... :)
